Referral Pathway
Professionals working with LGBTQ+ people in Calderdale or Kirklees can refer into the programme.
We also welcome self-referrals.

When contacting us, please tell us:
- Your name, pronouns and gender identity.
- How and when it is safe to make contact
- Whether we can leave a message
- Whether we can identify ourselves as LEVEL when responding
For referral enquiries or to submit a referral, email referral@levelchange.org.uk.
Once we receive your enquiry or referral, a member of the team will respond within as soon as possible. We will discuss the person’s circumstances, explain the support available and answer any questions. If LEVEL is not the right service, we will help identify other appropriate support.
LEVEL is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999.
